1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InfluenceHK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description

InfluenceHK is a marketplace platform connecting brands with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Hong Kong. We provide profile creation, campaign management, secure messaging, and premium subscription features.

Important: InfluenceHK facilitates connections only. All financial transactions, contracts, and agreements for campaigns are conducted directly between brands and KOLs. We do not process or hold campaign payments.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

InfluenceHK offers free and premium subscription plans:

• KOL Premium: HKD $29 per month
• Brand Pro: HKD $99 per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Campaign Payments and Transactions

All payments for campaigns and collaborations are made directly between brands and KOLs. InfluenceHK is not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, service quality, or contract enforcement between parties.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Post spam, fraudulent content, or malicious material
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Share account credentials or collect user data without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant InfluenceHK a license to display it on our platform. You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

8. Communication and Messaging

Free brand accounts may message up to 10 different KOLs per month. Premium accounts have unlimited messaging. All communication must remain professional and respectful.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InfluenceHK does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Successful matches between brands and KOLs
• Campaign opportunities or results

InfluenceHK is not liable for disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees over the preceding 12 months.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to premium features ceases immediately, with no refunds for unused subscription time.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
